So Yes I'm joining the many people that make the new year's resolution of losing weight. It's a new year best to start on the right foot. My weight gain is due to two things a new prescription drug that I am taking and the other is ... well, enjoying food way too much.
I've done this before, so I know what lies ahead ...... hunger LOL Yes hunger, you are going from stuffing your face to a reduced calorie intake you ARE going to be hungry. The key to losing weigh? 70% diet, 20% exercise, and 10% mind mindset
